"mrs. jones, were you pretty in high school?"

you know, i'm pretty sure she didn't mean to imply that i'm ugly now..........right??? so now that i've been in school for um.....6 weeks, i thought i'd post a few photos of my classroom/school BEFORE it was overrun with students. (i owe some credit to aaron, too....since he helped me arrange my room before school started.) overall, my kids are actually very good. i wasn't sure what to expect at a school so much smaller than what I'm used to, but it's been very fun. it's definitely weird really knowing so many of the students on campus. i miss my old school, and my old school friends, but it's good to have students who make going to work each day worthwhile. :)

holy smokes.....i have windows. and NO blackout bomb shelter curtains!!! Grass! Trees! (never mind that the majority of the grass is now dead.....we have some!! woohoo!)

so that's my school. that courtyard is pretty much surrounded by the whole school. from my room, i can see the entire campus. no lies. :)
