These are taken at the wedding of our friends, Marc and Alli, on July 1st. Micah was a flower girl, I was a bridesmaid, and Aaron did a scripture reading. It was a packed week for us, but a great wedding. (And if you ask Micah, an even greater reception!)
Micah spent much of the dancing time trying to dance her way down the hall and outdoors, which is why she keeps running off. Plus, she was fascinated by the DJs. If you glimpsed them and thought, "Hmmm, those looked like Storm Troopers, but that can't be right," you thought wrong. They are. And if you know my friend Alli, and even Marc, you know that is totally normal. :)
Below is what Micah had to do to qualify for access to the reception. :) It would appear that while she was Speedy Gonzalez at the rehearsal, she was more than stymied by the crowd. (If you listen closely, you can hear that the pianist actually had to start the song again, it took her so long.) Fortunately, Auntie Evan was videoing/wrangling at the front and was finally able to catch her attention.....which prompted her to get a move on. :)
