planes, trains, and automobiles

This past weekend, we took a "mini-vacation" to Arizona. (More to come on that when it's not 11:45 at night.) Micah was an angel...she braved not only a plane, but also a train (we rode the Coaster to San Diego to hitch a ride to the airport and therefore avoid having excess cars downtown), and, of course, an automobile....our little green rented Toyota Corolla.

The Plane (The Plane!) 

This is the return trip. On the flight out, she just ate the entire time, and therefore there were no pictures. :) Coming home today, however, she decided to play in her carseat next to the window. She was not at all bothered by the roar of the engine right outside!

The Train

She seemed to quite enjoy watching things race by out the window. Unless, that is, the thing racing by is another train. I was not able to capture the look on her face, but imagine eyes so wide there is white showing all the way around, and mouth in a perfect, closed "oh" of shock. :)

The Automobile

AKA- The great nap machine. 

(PS: This little outfit, complete with a cute flowery top and pink shorts, was only $5 at H&M.
